About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tally Implementation & Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Tally Prime solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and excellent post-sales service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and implement Tally solutions for new clients
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Provide end-to-end onboarding support and system setup
  • Deliver user training sessions (online/offline)
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in Tally
  • Customize reports, invoices, and features as per client needs
  • Maintain proper documentation of implementations and support cases
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Tally (preferably Tally Prime)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GST, inventory, billing, etc.)
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
  • Willingness to travel for client visits (if required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a Tally Partner or ERP company
  • Knowledge of TDL (Tally Definition Language) is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer support or implementation roles
