About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tally Implementation & Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Tally Prime solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and excellent post-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and implement Tally solutions for new clients
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support and system setup
- Deliver user training sessions (online/offline)
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in Tally
- Customize reports, invoices, and features as per client needs
- Maintain proper documentation of implementations and support cases
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Tally (preferably Tally Prime)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GST, inventory, billing, etc.)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Willingness to travel for client visits (if required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a Tally Partner or ERP company
- Knowledge of TDL (Tally Definition Language) is a plus
- Prior experience in customer support or implementation roles
